We understand that as a master of your craft, your time is precious and planning a getaway for your clientele can be daunting. That's where we step in! We take care of all the planning, from start to finish, creating a getaway that centers around your passion.
With us, you can indulge in doing what you love and lead a workshop retreat without the burden of organizing and planning every detail or incurring any extra expenses.
Our Role

Once we receive your questionnaire, we will schedule an initial call to discuss and collaborate with you to build a unique getaway based on your clientele and your craft.

We build an itinerary and make suggestions based on budget and clientele. We will build an entire itinerary around your skill and workshop. We will then review with you to make sure all looks good.

We plan all logistics of the getaway - accommodations, restaurant reservations, vendor/activity/local attraction coordinating and relations, transportation coordination, guest reservations, customer support and FAQ, deposits and payment, communication to guests (sign up confirmation email, reminder, what to expect, what to bring emails, itinerary).

We will work with you build a promotion plan to help build interest in the getaway.

We will create a getaway sign up on our website and make it ready to take sign ups! Along with you promoting the getaway, we will also be promoting it on our channels and with our network.
Your Role

Fill out our questionnaire template to give us a better idea of the type of getaway workshop you would like to host. We will then jump on a call to discuss further.

We will work with you to build a promotional plan so you can advertise your new getaway on your social channels and send out the initial email to your network.

Provide us with your photo and bio so we can share on our website and marketing collateral.

While we are creating the itinerary, you will be fine tuning or creating your workshop plan on your specialized topic. We will take care of the rest of the trip!
